Who should use the service

The ordering customer must be an adult who is authorized to submit the drawing, fictional character design or description, sound recording, or photograph. The Kids experience is directed to parents, guardians, and adult gift buyers, not directly to children. The Tabletop experience accepts fictional character artwork, descriptions, or both—not real-person photographs. Photo Figurines may include real people or pets only when the ordering adult has the authority described in our Terms. A name entered in the personalized keychain workflow is intentionally stored as part of that custom order. Do not add school information, addresses, or other unnecessary personal details.

Information collected

The service processes names, selected fonts, dimensions, inventory colors, drawings, fictional character descriptions, footprints, sound recordings (including a child's voice when an adult chooses to provide it), and one to three photographs per selected person or pet. It also processes private prepared geometry, quotes, production files, marketplace model selections, contact and delivery details, payment identifiers, support messages, and security records.

Our payment processor handles card entry; this application does not receive full card details. Each design and its prepared preview are private to its owner. Provider identifiers, internal review records, production-file links, and printer access are not part of the customer preview.

How information is used

Information is used to screen and store submitted sources, prepare a private printable design, calculate its price, collect payment, review and manufacture the order, provide support, arrange shipping, prevent abuse, and meet recordkeeping duties. Submitted figurine images and character descriptions receive content-safety screening before generation. Screening does not decide copyright ownership or licensing. Customers should remove unnecessary personal details visible in an image.

Personalized text and waveform geometry is created deterministically from the submitted content and selected options. For the sculpted footprint keepsake, each requested footprint image is sent to our contracted 3D-model provider to create one private candidate. We submit at most one provider task for each requested foot unless the customer explicitly rejects or retries a failed candidate. Changing the size, lettering, font, colors, or attachment does not resend the image; those changes are prepared locally from the accepted model.

Photo Figurines, drawing figurines, and fictional character objects may send the admitted images or description to a contracted content-safety or AI-assisted 3D-generation service. The selected model is fitted to the requested size and form, prepared as printable geometry, and measured before its exact quote is offered. This process does not start a printer. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and may retain security or abuse-prevention records under their contractual controls.

Private prepared previews

All products use the same private studio. The current design owner reviews the prepared model, dimensions, colors, options, and exact quote before adding it to the cart. Changing a choice requires a fresh preparation and quote. A missing or failed preparation cannot be purchased. No further customer geometry approval is requested after payment.

AI-generated figurines are interpretations, not exact scans or guarantees of facial detail, pose, clothing, or color reproduction. A model may be repaired, scaled, thickened, fitted with a base or keychain interface, or separated into printable parts. The physical product is unpainted. Production staff review paid work before any physical printing.

The viewer does not expose provider/task status or offer an STL/3MF production-file download. It sends renderable geometry to the browser, so someone with access may inspect, copy, or recover geometry; access control is not digital rights management. Production artifacts and printer controls remain private to authorized staff.

Sound recordings and optional tap-to-play audio

For a sound-wave keepsake, we validate the recording, trim silence, apply the clip chosen by the customer, normalize the audio, and turn its waveform into the preview and printable modules. We keep the original and normalized recording private for order fulfillment, support, playback when purchased, and the retention purposes described below. Public showcase pages and downloadable production bundles do not include the recording.

If the optional tap-to-play add-on is purchased, the normalized clip is served through a private capability link programmed into the physical NFC tag. Anyone who possesses the keepsake or a copy of that link can play the clip, so customers should not include a sound they do not want the holder to hear. The guaranteed playback period shown before purchase begins when the order is shipped. The fulfilled-audio retention schedule is configured to keep the clip for at least that promised period. Playback stops after the audio is purged, after an eligible deletion request is completed, or when an order is canceled or refunded.

Public examples

The public “Examples of what we can make” gallery contains curated inspiration, not a generated preview of a shopper's upload. Creating or purchasing a design does not publish it. Any separate use of customer artwork in marketing requires explicit permission; the shopping workflow does not grant that permission.

Physical products and files

Orders include physical keepsakes only. They do not include catalog source models, STL/3MF production-file downloads, or a separate digital-file license. The protected shopping preview is not a digital pack, although browser-delivered geometry can be recovered as described above.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for signed-in sessions, security, checkout, and core site operation. We may use basic analytics to understand performance and improve the service. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but account, product-versioned preview, or checkout features may no longer work correctly.

Retention and deletion

Unused source uploads are ordinarily removed after 24 hours unless active preparation or generation still needs them. Unpaid designs normally expire after 30 days. Paid design assets are retained through production and support and for at least 30 days after the latest order-state update; an active production or unresolved payment state defers removal. Purchased tap-to-play clips remain available for at least the playback period shown before purchase, measured from shipment.

Signed-in customers can export a customer-safe JSON copy of their account and order data and request deletion from the account page. Exports exclude internal production files, private storage paths, provider task identifiers, and administrative review records. A deletion fence prevents new writes for a design being removed. Active generation, uncertain payments, or ongoing physical work keep deletion pending until they can be safely settled.

An eligible deletion request removes source and normalized recordings, disables tap-to-play access, and removes account credentials once unsettled payment, active fulfillment, and legal-hold checks pass. Minimum transaction and audit facts may remain for tax, fraud, chargeback, and legal duties without retaining artwork or account ownership. Backups follow a separate retention schedule; removing an active record does not instantly erase an encrypted backup.

Service providers and disclosure

Payment, content-safety screening, private model preparation, hosting, shipping, email, security, and support providers receive only the information needed for their role. They must handle that information under their agreements with us and applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information or a child’s artwork. Uploaded artwork is not published, displayed, or shared publicly unless an adult gives the separate, explicit permission described above.

Security and choices

The product uses signed sessions, access controls, private file routes, validated uploads, and audit records. No internet service is risk-free. Signed-in customers can use the account controls for access and deletion requests. The configured support address is published on the Contact page before paid ordering is enabled.
